For David McLaughlin, custom means starting from scratch each time he begins a new home. "Every house I build is different," he confirms "They're one of a kind type homes." McLaughlin's company does all the work in-house, including the design, which is unusual for a builder. "I have a great deal of experience as a framer and a trim carpenter, and there's not any aspect of building a home that I haven't done myself, from wiring to pouring concrete. I'm very conscious of the design load characteristics and the things it takes to put together a house in the right way," he explains. Accordingly, Dave developed a reputation of enduring quality and lasting value after years of experience in the building industry.
